Iskra Air Conditioning

Just had great experience working with Julie from Iskra Air Conditioning. She is the prime example of "Best Customer service representative" . I know if it a very big statement but she has exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond helping me on this project.
I am building a brand new home and needed Ducted system. After few quotations, I called Iskra as they are Authorized Daiken dealers. Julie picked up the phone and guided me with my requirements and recommended what exactly I need within my budget. She didn't only provided Ducted system but also organizes all parts and accessories I needed from other Vendor. There was some issue where I ordered incorrect quantity/size of accessories, she provided her direct contact to me and organized everything on weekend which supposed to be her day off.
