So, usually I would let poor customer service slide, but on this occasion it deserves a mention. WORST Customer Service of all time! While we were able to purchase the same furniture in Melbourne far cheaper, the family decided to support local business and opted for a piece of furniture from this store. We ordered it two months ago, but when it was to be delivered no one turned up. When calling the next day to enquire where it was, no apology was offered as we had waited all afternoon without a phone call, rather some pathetic excuse that it was not available and that two months was not enough time to order it in (even though we were told it would only take 3 to 4 weeks to order in). What made it worse was the fact that we now have a couple staying with us without bedding! Needless to say, Management wasn't fussed with our predicament. This was an unfortunate instance of the manufacturer being unable to meet the time line of the customer. The goods arrived on the Monday instead of the Saturday. Apologies and a refund were made.
