This electrician is more focussed on upselling than listening to the customer’s needs. He left a large amount of mess in my house, refused to return to look at issues with the items he had installed, and became rude when confronted. He exhibited a high level of ignorance regarding the products he had installed. Intervention by both the Department of Fair Trading and the Electrical Safety Office were required.
Great service even though I was a terrible client. He had to reschedule and I wasn't home when I said I would be. He went above and beyond to not only fix my flooded dishwasher but called up the real estate straight away and got my dodgy cutlery draw replaced too. Thank you!
