Like Ly McQueen I also would give Zero stars if possible. Stear clear of this company!
They have ZERO customer service and once they have your money do not expect to be able to conact them. The phone either rings out or diverts to message bank and you will never recieve a response.
Buying from this company is like burning your money!

I would give NO STARS if that were allowed. Our item turned faulty in a matter of weeks and we paid over $500 for it. After going back for one month and finally getting the item returned we are STILL waiting for a refund (2 months counting). All communication has been SLOW on the seller's behalf, unorganisation and empty promises have been a total NIGHTMARE. I have not received a refund yet and I fear I am out of pocket over $500 going to this greedy company that has nothing and wants nothing to do with their consumer in terms of care... the only thing they want is MONEY and I hope karma comes visits IT SUPPLIERS DIRECT with a heavy lesson in consumer rights.
