Great consultant shocking company. I had my tax appt 4 weeks ago and paid on the spot, was promised the refund within 3-4 days. It's now been 4 weeks, my emails are being ignored and their phones ring out. Same thing has happened with my partner who I referred. I have referred 20 plus people to their office for their tax returns and will be advising them all to go elsewhere in future too. Very disappointed.
Terrible service. This office does not bother responding to emails, still waiting for paperwork to be returned three months after tax return was completed. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
I know! So frustrating, but you know this is the useless head office in baisin or something that is just not good. They once called me right on my appointment time to tell me that my accountant can't call me as system is down. I didnt even need the system just a phone converstation. So lucky i didnt drive all the way to Prahran (over an hour) from then on I just book an appointment and get Prahran branch to call me. The accountant is great and we wouldnt change her.
