The staff have total disregard for people. I dropped off my sister’s dog after they failed to pick her up before my sister and her family went to the airport. My sister had wanted to cancel as she needed to add a day, however they said they were full so she couldn’t drop her dog off the day before. The guy booking offered to pick the dog up as an alternative AND NEVER ARRIVED. No phone call. No number to call to ask where he was and he didn’t care at all that he failed to do his job. They seem so nice while inspecting the premises but I'm not so sure it stays like that after leaving.

my dogs had their tales between their legs when picking them up- they were not happy at all they also came home with fleas and just "a couple"

its one of the most reliable and friendly places for the dogs to be in. the dogs are happy and they love it in there. its beautiful how they take care of them little pretty creatures.
