There was an hour between my appointment time and when they actually started on my hair. I was just seated for an hour while they had TWO hairdressers on ONE other girl who was having an uncomplicated styling done. No heat protectants were used despite the harsh heat of the blowdryer and curling iron, and no products (besides cheap hairspray) were used to make the style last. I was having my hair done for my year 12 formal, and within an hour of leaving the salon the curls were basically non-existent. I had to re-curl it all myself in a rush before leaving. They did not deserve the $70 I paid. The entire salon was unimpressive: there were four small TVs on the furthest wall but three were broken and one's display could only show green. The entire experience reeked of cheapness and unprofessionalism. Definitely do not go to this salon!
