Itz All About Hair

Was slightly disappointed this time round.
Was promised a experienced stylist was going to attend to me as I had a special outing on, only to be serviced by a apprentice who tinted my hair and made my color really dark. The blowdry was horrible. Didn't really know how to blowdry correctly. It was frizzy with no style that by the end the experienced stylist had to take over. After nearly 3 hours I was over it and just wanted to leave..
Its disheartening when things like this happen..
I'm afraid I wont ve returning.

Rude, disinterested and unhelpful. There are plenty of other alternatives in Miranda Westfield unless you want to risk being treated with contempt like I was.
