Worst hairdressers in penrith. Mine and my daughters hair cut was not straight. The hairdresser was clearly not trainer in blow drying she blowed it for 5mins then started to tease my hair and use dry shampoo to give it height!!!! She was clueless would not recommend this salon! Have had to pay more money to correct her botched job!
I won't be going there again. My hair was completely ruined from the hairdresser having too many clients at one time and leaving my foils in for too long. The staffs in there are lovely, but they over book and then can't keep up with the workload. My hair ended snapping off, and I've had to have a fair amount cut off. Also, they run behind and you end up being in there for hours.
I went to Its all about hair Penrith recently as I normally dye my hair myself but thought I would give them a go seeing as they had an offer of a colour for $55.
I arrived for my appointment and was told I could wait or come back in 10 minutes so I chose to come back. I came back 15 minutes later, I was then showed to my seat and was told that the staff would just cut another ladies hair and then will be right over. This was pretty annoying as my hair was started 30 minutes after my original appointment. I then was met by another hairdresser who did my roots and did not say one word to me the whole time they did my hair. I thought this was very rude and awkward and unprofessional.
