Very happy with the way myself and son were looked after by Becky, she was so friendly and put my son at ease for his cut. Love my colour and cut too it really gave me a lift. All the staff seem so friendly and happy will certainly be going back and recommending them to my friends especially with kids.

I was very happy when I rang and got an appointment within half an hour for my daughter and myself. That was were the happiness ended. We were seated and a magazine thrown in front of each of us,when a staff washing someone's hair called out to the apprentice to give us something to read. Then no one came near us again for another 1/2 hour ,to tell us it wouldn't be long. We only wanted hair cuts. The staff who cut my hair began to shake as I told them that I wanted long layers and a medium fringe. Staff didn't talk to me except to criticise the products I use, and staff pulled my hair EVERY time staff put the comb though it.Staff asked me if I was happy with the way they did my fringe I said no because it didn't look straight.Staff attempted to fix it and when they asked me again I smirked and shook my head.
