Ivanhoe Chinese Restaurant

The worst resteraunt I have been to. To recieve water on the table was half an hour, the food we orded was not delivered so we walked out half way through. Seriously some resteraunts need to be rated yearly. The food was average!!!

I had an experience with this restaurant tonight, and hope that it was just a once off bad time. I ordered a delivery, and not only was it expensive, the mini spring rolls were the worst i've ever had, and the whole dish was quite bland. The delivery person also forgot part of my order, and had to return. As i said, it was just this once (it is also the only time I have or will order from there) so it could just be a once off.

We have been going to the Restaurant for over 20 years. Never once were we disappointed. The food is very good, the variety is good, the service is outstanding. Reasonable prices as well. Personally, my favourite restaurant.



At the weekend it is packed to the rafters and you won't find room to swing a Peking Duck.



The place is not exactly posh, the chairs and tables are simple and lots of them, but if it is good food and service you are after, this is the place.
