Ivanhoe Cycles

We actually visited the Hoppers Crossing store and Steve and the team at Ivanhoe Cycles were absolutely brilliant. They helped us choose and test our two hybrid bikes, and set them up super fast. Steve was very helpful and answered all our questions about the bike setup as well as peripheral gear like helmets and mobile phone carriers. Could not recommend them highly enough and they really deserve 10 stars. Some of the best customer service we've ever experienced.

I loved the service so much the first time around that I decided to come back a month later and buy my youngest son a bike for his birthday. I would like to thank Saj who went over and above helping us today. He was so patient and let my son try almost every bmx in the store. He also came outside and fitted my car with a bike rack that I purchased. He laid down on the gorund and checked under my car where to hook everything. He was so helpful. Once again extemely happy with the service and my purchases.

This was the first time I have been to Ivanhoe Cycles. I would like to thank Michelle who went over and above to make sure my son received the perfect bmx for Christmas. She tried to call the other store as my son wanted a particular color. She was unable to find the bike i needed. When I got home that afternoon she texted me a photo of another one that was similar colour that she just received in the store. She took the time during a busy time of the year to help me. I will be definately purchasing future bikes from here after the great customer service I recieved from Michelle.

Four different people served us while we were at Ivanhoe Cycles, three of which were great, very knowledgeable and friendly. The fourth and final person had poor knowledge of the bikes and could not answer basic questions. This person gave us the wrong items with our bike (pedals and manual) and the bike was not fully operational when we got it.



Apart from this the service was good, unfortunately a great store was ruined by this one employee

I love coming to Ivanhoe Cycles to buy my bikes. I've bought 4 from them over the last few years and every time I've been the staff have been super friendly, they've given great, accurate advice and I've walked out of the store very satisfied! Sure, they get very busy on weekends (only an indicator that they're good right?!) but they manage to keep their cool and get around to everyone, even if it takes a bit longer.
