We bought a whole lot of new bathroom fittings (first mistake). We rang and made an appointment with them to install the new fittings. I took a half day off work to be here while they did the work. When they didn't show up after half an hour past the time they agreed to, I rang them. I asked where they were. They said they had turned up but couldn't fit his vehicle down the driveway (they had gone to a neighbouring property by mistake) so they had left. I asked why they didn't call us and they said "Too hard!" Not allowed to swear here, but I was swearing at the time! Don't know what their plumbing's like, but they were an unreliable, rude no-show who couldn't tell the difference between street numbers 104 and 106. Found another plumber on TrueLocal in 5 minutes and they turned up the same day (10 minutes earlier than promised) and did a great job.
