After weeks & weeks via email, finally arranged a day off to meet them, as they only provide limit time on weekdays 10am ~2pm by appointment, they said they only have 1 consultant Helen for wedding bouquet .
However, after 1.5 hour travel, Helen wasn't there, it just a whatever shop girl to consult my wedding, and there was none of handover, that girl doesn't has any of my information that we talked on email at all.
