I only started going to Ivy Nails in the last 4 months and overall, I'm really happy with their services. It's a tiny store and could do with a fresh lick of paint but this isn't a big deal. The staff are always courteous; friendlier the more often I go, and the Pedicures are fantastic! The finish is excellent and whilst my fingernails are short, they provide me with a lovely shape, tidy & clear polish manicure. I always leave feeling glad that I've been. #reviewtowin
I have been coming to Ivy Nails for nearly four years. Jo is THE best! She and Ken (who is also great) have a clean salon, lovely staff and their prices are reasonable. I have had many compliments about my acrylic nails; even strangers ask which salon does them.
No complaints, only praise!
I have been going to Ivy nails for nearly 10 years and have always found them accommodating and professional. A family owned small business with friendly staff and Jo and Ken (owners) take the time to get to know their regular customers. Compared to some of the bigger chains Ivy Nails is also very affordable.
If I have ever been not 100% satisfied with my nails I have let them know and they always fix the problem no worries. They also do a blissful pedicure!!
I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
I went down to get Shellac removed and just normal polish put on. I had the staff that was lovely and professional however half way though they walked away and I go a staff. This staff was horrible. they cut all my nails off, as short as they could be even though the previous staff had just taken a little off. They shaped them unevenly and square even though I asked for round (which the other staff had done on the other hand). I found the staff a little on the unfriendly side, however the ladies do such a wonderful job and at such a low price that I kept going back, until one day I ended up with the person who works there doing my acrylics. Three of them had fallen off within a week and the rest were badly lifting. Such a shame, as I doubt that I will return now.
