I've been to a number of physiotherapists before, but found Reshan from Improve Your Move Physiotherapy to be fantastic. He is very well experienced and knowledgeable, and has a very professional and committed attitude. What stood out to me, was that he took the time to explain my injury, how it happened and invested time in going through a treatment plan. There was a heavy focus on educating me about how to best manage my exercise and movement so as to also prevent further injuries. Going to IYM has been a very positive experience thus far, I highly recommend to others seeking the same!
