We have been using J&G Plumbing for over 6 years now and couldn't be happier. We have used them for our gutters, water re-direction to tanks, piping for under the house to protect from rain, and all our internal plumbing needs. Jeff and his staff are courteous and professional and we trust them in our home. Everything has been done to an excellent standard and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Couldn't unblock my toilet or even put an eel down. Left with the same problem, but an added bill.
The bill for not fixing anything came to $191. Wish I'd got some benefit out of it.
Just found out that we were on true local and saw your review. We did attempt to clear your blocked downstairs toilet with a hand eel & a plunger. ( but was not able to ). The only way was to remove the toilet & use a drain cleaner. But to do this you would need to replace the toilet at the same time because it was old and would not go back in ( you did not want to take this any further).
Also whist we were there we did repair the washing machine taps.
So you were charged for the time trying to unblock the toilet & the time to repair the taps along with the materials.
In total you were charged $15.40 materials & $176,00 labour in total.
Just thought we should have both sides of the story even though it was so long ago.
