Very helpful when buying a new sewing machine and provide unlimited lessons on how to get the best from your new machine. Found them very fast for servicing my overlocker. Even though it is now several years since I first bought my machine from them, they are still happy to provide assistance on the spot if a simple measure can solve the problem. They also have a great range of accessories.
