I just want to say how lousy this business is. I was promise a refund by management due to an overdrawn bank cheque requested by them but despite 6 months of chasing and numerous unreturned phone calls I did not get one call as to when my cheque is to be issue. Not only that, when dealing with J & M Property Conveyancers, the process was slow, no proper service, no EFT or email facility. Verrrrrry frustrating and I can you assure that I will not be using their service again nor recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this firm.
Tried to enlist their services several weeks ago. Rung and left 3 messages for their staff to contact me but no call back. I'm sure the staff is very competent but customer service did not shine through in this regard. I gave up leaving messages and moved on to someone else.
Marilyn Anderson from J & M is really on the ball. She has been handling a very complicated and awkward property conveyance for my sister and me. Mum died halfway through selling her unit. The legal and personal repercussions to both us and the purchaser can only be imagined. What a woman Marilyn is. She is tenacious and tireless and has worked hard for a timely resolution. Her first concern has always been for our welfare and a positive outcome on all levels. I would not hesitate to use J & M for any future transactions.
