Text to say they had to leave and couldn't finish cleaning till the next day and then wanted more money than quoted! Didn't finish everything on list and sent rude and nasty text messages (what company texts their customers??) Will never ever use again or recommend to anyone! Steer clear!

No not bitter rival - bitter customer because of such poor service. Good luck maintaining your business when you are so unprofessional and don't deliver on what you promise. Like I said before, STEER CLEAR.
I now remember this job, we were told the premises were in reasonable condition when we arrived we found that u had been living with the place shut up a/cs on and a long haired cat, we charged extra becuase of this and the things u wanted fixed were unreasonable and demanded by a real estate that has been since taken to consumer affairs.
If another company had gone to this job they would have walked out.
As for the rude text messages they were to the point not rude at all.
Our biggest mistake was to give a quote without looking at the property something we have since learnt from.

Actually no, different customer altogether. But I do feel for those customers if you treated them like you did us. Once again, thanks for showing your true professionalism.
