Detailed Bills of Quantities cost rated with industry standards, are prepared using Buildsoft, the preferred quantity surveying and estimating software for the construction industry;

Provision of a check list for Builders Preliminaries, and a planning construction programme if required;

All levels of the BQ measurement and costing are provided as separate linked schedules, and where possible a face to face discussion and hand over of the estimate is to the client's benefit;
