What a fantastic crew. Nothing but praise for these guys. They came and took away my mongrel of a Lilly Pilly tree and did an amazing job. They worked fast and efficiently and everything was clean and tidy when they left. This is the second time I have used this company and both times they have been great. Give them a go, you wont regret it.
I'm a fencer, went to remove a fence on a friday morning, this people were meant to show up at 12noon to remove a tree so that i can install a new fence. Never show! Never ring! Never answer their phone. Finally got hold of them, promise to remove the tree 9am sunday morning. We were told it will take an hour. I return to site sunday 10am, the tree still standing. Once again, Didnt answer their phone. As a fencer, I could have other work booked in, these people has cost me a full day wage. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
HALF A STAR, PROBABLY TOO MUCH!!
DON'T USE!!!!! I have used before for a big job no problem. 2nd time round they quoted & accepted the job but after numerous ph calls & texts did not show up 3 times & no communication. They cost us money & left us with no fence b/ween two properties for over a month since completing the job was reliant on them removing the tree. No-one else was avail since it was a long w/end. Seems these guys only want the big jobs so don't waste your time by these unreliable people. Wish we never bought the guys beers after the first job. Thanks for nothing & for costing us money!
