It has been 8 months since we moved into our new house at Plumpton. Even since then our bin is always miss out for collection average of once a month. And we have call the council next morning to arrange for the collection. We talked to the customer service of JJ Richard and the staff was really rude, telling us off and said the system showing it has been collected. The service is bad and the customer service too has no manner and doesn't want to resolve the problem. Seriously disappointed and will encourage the council to change to different service provider. We paid the bills, never miss it. You should do the same too!
