J P Smash Repairs

Someone hit my car at the boot, obvious dents, plastic covers for stop lights broken. Insurance company booked my car with this company last year, and I drove to this company on Feb 1st, I collected my car 2 weeks later. The boot was very well done, almost like a new car. My car was 1998 Toyota, pretty old car. The customer service lady is switched on, very patience, explained my concerns very well. Big thumb!

I usually never ever leave reviews, but i just had to create an account to leave a review for this place.
WORST possible smash repairs ever! Full of bull and leaves it like nothing is wrong.

They held my car for 5 months and during the whole duration giving me lies about waiting for parts etc etc.
Rego expired, and made me continue my insurance monthly payment with car just sitting there.
Never touched it, was pushed every fortnight. Was not even pressuring them, but still did nothing.

Took my car elsewhere, and it was completed in 2 weeks with brand new parts... So their excuse of waiting for parts is total bull because they did not even order it in the first place! Like i cannot hate the trouble they caused me already, DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!

I would never recommend this smash repairs to anyone. It has been taken over by new individuals.
Firstly my window screen was smashed by them while in for repair (50cm crack across drivers vision). They never mentioned a single word about it and when I went to collect my car (after paying) i alerted them to it. They said they'd be out in a minute and left me sitting out in the heat with my 2 year old son until I went back in to get them 20 minutes later. They denied they did it and said they had a photo to prove it. When I asked to see the photo they said it was too pixilated to see anything!! Hmmm funny that.
