I have practiced yoga under many teachers and it really is all about the teacher. Jane provides very personalized teaching in a clean bright yoga centre. She caters to all levels from beginners to experienced yogis. The price structure is very competitive and I've also had a course of private lessons with Jane to enhance my practice. If you are thinking of taking up yoga I would highly recommend J Squared Yoga.
