Worst experience of my life, i was locked out of my apartment when my (now ex) girlfriend left me for another man (read neanderthal) and threw away the only key, I called Jeff as he was the only locksmith in glen waverley i could find who would come out on a saturday and he immedistely asked me for cc details before i could give him a street address, i was desperate so i gave in but he charged over $300.00 to my card, came out and stuck some device in my lock that opened it in seconds, when I asked him to change the locks so i could get a new key he told me it would cost an extra $500.00 to change the locks... worst customer service I have ever had and the rudest man I have ever dealt with, have since found pleantly of alternative locksmiths who are cheaper and work weekends.

This is a malicious an untrue review. I have our legal team onto this as I type this message.
First we don't except credit card, EFT Cash or Cheque.
Our weekend charges are $110.00 and after 12.00pm Saturday to 5.30pm Saturday $130.00 for a lockout. It jumps to $180.00 from Saturday 5.30pm till 6.00am Monday morning.

Make sure you are calling the correct locksmiths as I have been established in Glen Waverley for over thirty years and I would not be still in business if I treated my customers like that.
