Jackson & Rowe

I am the owner of a property that Jackson & Rowe have managed for me for 22 years. I have always found the staff to be professional and promptly respond to tenant's concerns. Like all long marriages, we have had our challenges along the way, usually to do with tenant's issues. Regardless of the issue, we have all worked together with the tenant to resolve the matter(s). More recently with the COVID 19 environment I have dealt directly with Stephen Jackson in negotiating rental reductions and again I have been pleased in how the matter was managed.
I highly recommend the Jackson & Rowe team and would not have stuck with them for this long if I wasn't happy with the way they manage my property.

We had an issue we tried to resolve through Jackson and Rowe in recent weeks but couldn’t begin to reach a satisfactory resolution due to the complete and utter indifference of the managing director of this agency to our concerns. Despite presenting him with ample evidence that a tenant of theirs was causing trouble, through a combination of evasion and diversion, the director dodged responsibility for the issue even going so far as to say the issue was caused by a ‘misaligned door’ and that we were in the wrong to be concerned with the tenant’s conduct despite a dawn to dusk campaign of anti social behaviour on the part of this tenant. The latter which he said we couldn’t prove because the owner of the property (who was on the strata board) kept blocking the motion to allow a door cam to be installed. Service so far has been good by Jackson and Rowe .. but the property manager Amanda Helst.. should know how to deal professionally with both the parties highly disappointed with the approach very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour with either of the tenant . Pathetic behaviour ... I really hope that this feedback is taken positively and worked on it ..Ratings r truely based on Jackson and Rowe..

Uneducated agents working together to provide a terrible service.
Tried buying a property off them and no calls were returned. They don't understand how to run their business. Word of advice..sellers, don't list with them. Buyers, don't even bother calling.

Rude and incompetent agents. Terrible service when trying to apply for tenancy. Never get back to you. The staff are rude and unhelpful...
