The customer service provided was excellent. Not only was I able to call to enquire about a product, Jacob Direct's responses to my emails were extremely fast compared with other companies that I dealt with. The Christmas period was extremely busy, however they delivered the product before Christmas as promised. I am very happy with the product and the service.
