Went there yesterday to get my water tested , and it showed i still had chlorine yayyy. However my pool water seemed alittle green in color. I was given some other chemical and a plan to follow to bring my water back to life. I was very impressed of its outcome. I have now a profile set up. Should had gone here in the first place as they really took the time to evaluate what i needed. Will never go back to clark rubber down from these guys as they had not given me the correct doses that i required for my pool to get it where its at now. Thankyou jacuzzi ??

5 star service. From the day I stepped in the shop I've fallen in love with their services. They are very knowledgable and have taught me many things. Advices are great and staff are very friendly and professional.
I bought a Swimm Kleen for $300 and when I wasn't happy with it, they refunded my money with no questions asked.
And the water check system is the best.

Jacuzzi Hoppers Crossing have been a delight to deal with from day one. They have been honest with their pricing and future electrical costs. On the day of delivery our ute was broken down so they gladly offered their ute and moving equipment, for free!! They then helped us get the spa levels just right and we're very generous with their time and expertise, we then had a spa knob which wasn't working so they gave us a new one no questions asked and again with no hassle or cost. To add to this just recently, after 8 months of using our spa 5-6 times a week (it's that good) we were having trouble emptying the spa so they lent us their water pump which saved us a lot time and trouble.

I have been telling friends and family, even clients, how good our spa and Jacuzzi Hoppers Crossing are so I thought I should let everyone else know our experience. We are very happy and recommend you give them a go.
