Not honest and theif , and very very very Rude , charging us $100 to just looking and broken the part in the system so he can charge us more to fix it , he is LIER will charge you $100 then he will do something to your system and let you pay for it , be aware guys from this man

JAD IS VERY IRRESPONSABLE, I HAVE BEEN CHASINIG HIM FOR OVE 2 WEEKS, SINCE HE INSTALLED A BONAIR HEATER IN MY HOUSE. I PAID HIM $2600 ON 05-07-17, BUT HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. HE LEFT THE FLASHING AROUND THE HEATER UNDONE, AND SAID THAT HE WILL BE BACK TO FIX IT. SINCE THEN, I HAVE CALLED HIM OVER 30 TIMES, TO COME AND FINISH THE JOB BUT, HE GIVES A DAY AND TIME AND NEVER SHOWS UP: NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO EXCUSE HIMSELF. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT EVEN CALL HIM TO FIX YOUR HEATER, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HEATERS. HE WILL TELL YOU THAT THE UNIT HAS TO BE CHANGED, BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR IT. NO ONE SHALL DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. IT IS A RIP OFF. I GAVE HIM HALF A STAR, BUT IN MY VIEW IT IS STILL TOO MUCH.

Don't bother dealing with JAD, rude and bad customer service.

I paid them to install 2 Panasonic air cons in my investment property I'm renting out. When I inspected the property 6 months later I found out they installed some cheap brand that was worth much less and never told me, and kept the money I paid for the more expensive ones.

Excellent Customer Service and reliable. Highly recommended. My Ducted heating broke down friday afternoon and by saturday lunch time It was all fixed!
