Jade Nails

Rough and unpleasant service, overpriced and horrible work! I'm not at all happy and will need to spend money to try to fix my nails elsewhere. Damaged my natural nails horribly.

My nails were done on Friday, they have now all popped off except one thumb nail. It's been 2 days. I repeat ... 2 days!!!! They started lifting after 2 hours.
I rang and was told they would fix them... I don't want them fixed, I want a refund. I'll be in tomorrow for my refund and if I am denied then I will be going to fair trading.
I am a qualified nail tech who just had a baby and wanted to treat myself..
Absolutely disgusted.

Hi everyone, just advising that these nail shops have a new owner and everything has changed including the staff. We pride ourselves on high quality service and guarantee our work.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Walked out of a pedi & medi looking worse then when we walked in. When I refused to pay, the male worker pushed me in the chest! I asked for his business registration & he couldn't show me one. VERY DODGEY!! You could still see my nails under the nail polish, it was all over my skin, roughly filed, cuticles not done. Water was hot it burnt my feet! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PLEEEEASE!

Went in for a simple manicure and pedicure. Asked for a beige shellac, got pink instead also came out with 3 bleeding fingers and a bleeding toe!!! Absolutely outraged!! Will never step foot back in to that shop again! Waste of $75!!
