Our clients feel completely pampered in a really relaxed atmosphere. We have a strong emphasis on personal service, making our clients feel that little bit special with our undivided attention.
We pride ourselves on creating beautiful hair that suits each individual client, it must be a look that is achievable for our clients to do themselves, once they leave our salon. We have a really varied client demographic, ranging from young kids and teenagers, the uber hipsters, mums and dads and right through to the senior members of our community.
The salon opens Monday to Saturday and we work later on Thursday and Friday evenings and all day Saturday. Absolutely terrible service. The hairdresser has no idea how to blow wave naturally thick curly hair. I had to ask for him to put heat protector in my hair and then he just smeared it onto my almost dry hair in chunks. After forty minutes of watching him struggle with my hair and repeatedly commenting how thick it is I decided to pull the pin, go home, wash out the product, and style it myself. He also needs to learn some manners when speaking to mixed heritage clientele. Upon learning that I'm mixed heritage, (Irish, Aboriginal and English) he asked me "how far back?" and weather my mother is "full blood". Appalling! We're a proud family and this kind of language is archaic and offensive. The guy needs a history lesson about the country he's living in. Do not give this salon your money.
