Jag's Cleaning

ABSOLUTELY USELSS SERVICE.
They contacted us when I submitted a job online. Have paid $220 cash for cleaning a 3br house general cleaning.
Cameup with a trainee student, who has never even hold a moping stick.
All they have done is cleaned the window mirrors and did a quick vacuum.
They DID NOT clean the shower tiles and
DID NOT even touch the bathroom cupboards,
DID NOT clean the toilet surroundings,
Didn't even brother to clean the web nests.
But promptly asked for a Tea at 9AM.
We didn't check while they were cleaning and when we finally checked they said they have spent enough time and thats all they could do. After they left our premises when we checked the batch rooms and toilets, we surprised to note that they didn't touch anything that's not below waist level and above chest level in any room.
Had to hire someone else in the following weekend to get their work cleaned properly.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking customer service and extremely poor work ethic. Attempted to call to make a booking a number of times and was told to call back. Finally made a booking only to be rung 30 minutes before they were due to arrive (after taking a day off work) saying they couldnt come and to rebook the following day. After taking another day off work (with no pay!) I called them 30 minutes AFTER they were due to arrive to following day to be told they would not be coming. I had already prepaid. Was apparently given the owners phone number - rung the owner but surprise surprise no answer. Left a message but of course have had no one contact me back to discuss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

Please, please rethink this company. Over a period of 4 weeks, they never returned phone calls. I left so many messages which were never returned. Finally I got in contact with their manager. After making an appointment, my husband took a day off work but a "no show", no apologies. As I had payed in advance, I made another call, finally answered the call and changed the appointment to today. 28 Aug 12. I asked if I should call to confirm and he replied "no worries, I'll be there". Again my husband took the day off (without pay I might add) and again NO SHOW. This company is so poorly managed, don't waste your money. I intend reporting them to Consumer Affairs.

Don't bother wasting your time or money hiring these guys. I purchased a 2 hour internal and external window clean of my single story house. Of this 2 hours I received only 30 minutes of cleaning. He did not do high windows, lead lights, or glass doors (as these are not windows) without charging a lot of extra money. I am so disappointed. Goodness only knows what sort of job they'd do cleaning your house!

We hired Jag's Cleaning today to clean, vacuum and tidy 4 areas, all quite small. The cleaner was paid near completion as we could not stay until he had finished. Nothing was done! $60.00 for ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING! I could not get through to a genuine contact via the numbers on the website or the original mobile number we booked through. In fact, when we did get through to someone, the apparent 'business owner' through the number on the website we were verbally offended for calling on a Sunday.
