I bought a Group On voucher for $120 to chemically straighten my hair. When I arrived at my appointment Andrew suggested I treat my hair before I start for an extra $90 for the protection of 90% of my hair or sign a waiver. Another option was to apply $35 treatment for the protection of 60%. I decided to go with the $35 treatment. As Andrew was explaining this to me he was rather disgruntled and rude. I felt rather uncomfortable and isolated.
The straightening procedure is rather poor, my hair is burnt and dry.
I'm not sure why a straighting procedure requires extra costs for treatments. Surely this should be inclusive of the promoted price.
If Andrew isn't happy with the Group On agreement he should not participate in these promotions. ...read more
hi, Jenny . so sorry to hear that, we noramlly explain about What's Shiseido Straighterning and why it coms with some protection systme , If you visit salon and show us your hair , we'll double check ,
And we don't have any reason to do service with rude, and Protection treatment also not making hair condition better than before , it will reduce chemicla Damage , if some hair condition alredy dry and porous hair condition with former Chemical history , it's more difficult to finishing .
We never mention include everything , please double check your voucher condition , we clearly mention all extra charge , Extra length and protection treatment available with pay at slaon.
