I have been going to Jam Body & Hair for 5 years and they are unbeatable. They listen to my needs, cut & colour to perfection, plus ensure that their salon atmosphere is fun & friendly! My hair is in great condition due to their care & regular Keratin treatments.

Hi. This is because the salon was closed for the christmas new year period. Any advertising on line or vouchers connected to the salon did say there was a block out period up to and including the 8th of january.
there is also an answer machine that did not indicate this amount of missed calls so we apologise for your frustration.
I had a Keratin treatment yesterday using a voucher purchased through Groupon and my hair looks & feels amazing! Both ladies were friendly and professional, Veronica gave me very clear instructions on how to maintain my hair - I will definitely be going back to Jam.
I have had Keratin Treatments at other salons with great results. Unfortunately the treatment received from this salon was very poor in comparison. It was purchased via Groupon and was money wasted. The salon looks bare and uninviting and the treatment took half the time of other Keratin treatments that I have had. I personally do not think the quality is high and would not return to this salon again.
