I rented in this agency for 4years while at uni. I found them to be unprofessional calling before 9am on weekdays and weekends and the staff totally in qualified. And the receptionist is extremely rude.
I have rented from James and Fear for several months. I have found them to be unprofessional, unhelpful and ignorant. They were very friendly when we signed up and then they were terrible. We had some very serious faults in our property and they did nothing to help. They avoided our phone calls and never called us back.. We also had a lot of trouble getting our bond back eventhough the property was in perfect condidion. It took over 3 weeks and several phone calls to get the bond returned. I would advise tennants NOT to rent with them as they have no respect for their tennants and they have terrible business practices
