I will never use their services ever. The skip bin has been on our nature strip for 3 months. We had to resort to contacting our council to have it removed. By the way it is still there. It's a 4 metre bin which is blocking our way to our own trailer, so we were unable to continue our cleaning and we had to get another business to manually remove the rest of our rubbish. 3 months to pick up a skip bin what a joke. It has cost us so much money to remove our rubbish. Will not recommend these people.
I had very bad experience with Luke James (James & Son Bin Hire). Luke dropped a bin in my site and said if over 3 days extra credit needs to pay. Then he can let the bin saty as long as I want. Then I paid money for credit (secend bin). After about 6 weeks the bin was full. I asked him to load the bin. He said his truck had mechanic problem and could not come to collect bin. Then he said his truck was a problem with Vic Road (I did not what problem). After about one week he told me his truck repairing cost him $20K. I was shock to hear that. Then he asked me again to pay more credit and promised to give me discount.
