I do not recommend this mob due to the damage they caused to my property and then denied it. As an honest citizen I put trust in leaving my property in the hands of a bond cleaning company.
I booked James Bond Cleaning Services to do my bond clean in Morningside in June 2018 for a 3 bedroom townhouse.
It was booked on the Monday with a mornng start and I was guaranteed that it would be cleaned on that day . I was advised closer to the date that it may commence anytime up to 2pm. We recently used James Bond Cleaning services when we sold our 5 bedroom house in Bulimba. ..August 2016. They were on a list that a local prestige real estate agency use.....I thought my house was pretty clean until we moved everything out.....Paul and the team did a great job....it looked like new again, when they were finished with it.....it looked great. There was no way that doing it myself could get that result. Thank you Kathy and Paul and the team for making a Very stressful day much easier. The new owner was very impressed as well. I inquired on the cleaning of my 3bedroom cottage in Paddington a couple of the days before my end of lease.
They were very helpful, and I was sent an email with alot of details. I was ver worried about the extra costs they mentioned because the walls were very dirty.
I have 3 young very wild children and I thought I would have to repaint the walls and on top of that, my list for exit clean from the real estate agency states all blinds need to be wiped down.
This property was surrounded with windows and blinds which I liked when we moved in but was a real hassle when moving out....

Thank you James bond Cleaning for saving money and high quality cleaning service. I have just moved from 3 bed and 2 bath townhouse. The agency of the townhouse is too greedy. She suggested $800 moving-out cleaning service from her friend. I refused that offer even though her complain like a threatening. Jamesbond cleaning was introduced from my close friend and they charged only a half price as $419 (basic price $379+$40 extra for stair case and carpet of the rooms/ a free living room carpet promotion.). I heard from Jamesbond cleaning, that the manager wanna picking much, but there was nothing to picking :D
I would strongly like to recommend James Bond Cleaning for moving-out cleaning.

Thank you for your supportive feedback on our services. Moving can be very stressful and I hope we assisted in making yours as stress free as possible.
Your new townhouse in Toowong was kept in good condition and there was no reason to charge extra except for the extra steam clean of the carpet on the stairs. As you may know, we only charge extra when the extra labour is needed resulting from size or condition of the property. Your property was maintained very well so we only needed the standard time for a 3 brm property. Your property manager inspected immediately after the clean and did not have much to point out however if he does still contact you with regards to the clean, do not hesitate to contact us as we will return immediately.
