I wish to warn others of the experience I have just received from this company. Last Saturday I found a vehicle on the internet through their business. I rang and applied for this vehicle, spoke to a number of staff in the correct departments, etc and was quite happy with the initial conduct of the staff and the business and was told that someone would be in touch with me on Monday (yesterday). Yesterday late afternoon, I rang to enquire what was happening and if my application for the vehicle was successful. I was informed that they had sold the vehicle over the weekend and I said yes I was the person to whom it was being sold. They said no to someone else. I explained that they had sold the vehicle after they had accepted a deposit from me for the vehicle and assured me that it could not be sold until my application had been processed, etc. I then get a phone call back from the head of Customer Service to state that yes they had sold the vehicle to me and I ...read more
I took my 2012 JK wrangler in for a 36 000km service at the tweed head branch. This is the second time it has been serviced at this dealership. After picking up my car after the service I inspected the air filter element only to find it dirty and in need of replacement. It appeared to be the original element from purchase. The air filter also had oil stains on the intake side of the element.
