I've over 10yrs clinic experience In NZ and australia . I'm Qualified With a diploma of remedial massage . I am a member of the Massage Association of Australia with professional liability insurance for my clients . I specialise in 🤗🤗
(1) therapeutic remedial massage ( neck shoulders sore , lower back sciatica and legs sore and tennis or golf elbow etc)
(2)sports massage, trigger point ,
(3) deep tissue massage (with oil or without oil traditional Chinese massage )
(4)Swedish relaxation massage
(5)Quality reflexology foot massage (include legs, 30min,45min,60min,120min available)
(6)stretching ( condition: medical history and body) with mixed massage (minimum 90mins)
One of the key benefits of massage therapy compared to other modalities is its ability to target the muscle-tendon junction.
