I am lining a small unit and have problem with this strata one of management staff
1. Take too long to fix any problems, like 1-2 years to fix and some still work on it.
2. Do not want to fix strata responsibility when strata need to fix.
3. They don't understand buildings, such as you ask about building sorry I don't know ask tradesperson which is as building staff should know about building.
