Jamie's Dog Grooming Salon

I had my dog washed at Jamie's Dog Grooming and when I got home he was full of fleas? I will never go back.

ive been using this groomer for years. However will never go back after the way I was treated today. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was running 20 mins late for appointment. Because of this they decided that they'll cut my dog last making me have to come back in 6 hours instead of 2. I tried to make another appointment as this didnt suit as I had other commitments, I tried explaining that to them and basically got abused! They "couldn't believe this" and "you were late" (which I apologised for). They just kept huffing and puffing not listening to me. Or making another appointment. Told me to get out. How someone can treat a long time customer like that mind boggles me.

Have taken my dog to Jamie's about 6 times and am very happy with the results on all occasions except 1. The lady's (I'm assuming her name is Jamie) English isn't the best so it is probably a good idea to bring a picture to show her what you want, otherwise make sure you use very simple words! The one time we didn't get exactly what we envisioned was when we didn't bring any pictures :)

Took my dog recently for a trim, I have taken it to this please on several occasions. I told the staff that if the dog needed to be shaven clean to let me know so I wouldnt need to pay $70. I came to pick up my dog and they shaved it clean, rushed the job and my dog had cuts. I was furious and will not be taking my dog there again. I am not one to write a review but my experience with this shop left me with a bitter taste so I had to write something about it.

Surprisingly good! my dog usually goes to another salon store but after recent move, i have decided to move him to Jamie's pet salon. The service was very professional and attention to detail. I particularly liked the fact that the lady handled my dog very well. Especially when I warned her that my dog will bite if approached by a stranger. The cut was very nice and I am pleased with the outcome. I will definitely return again.
