Bathroom renovation dissatisfied. The drainage for the shower outlet has not been screened and tiles cut correctly for water to go down the drain. It pools to one side about 100mm past the drain where Jamie has put the lowest point and all the tiles met up. This should have been tiled with the drainage hole as the centre and lowest point of the shower. The service quote was around $110 sqm rate and right up their so expected a profesional job but unfortunately we are very dissappointed. He laid the wall tiles with lippage and the floor tiles are hollow in places.
We ask him back to fix the shower component and mentioned the hollow flow tile at the same time. Unfortunately the job has left us with a shower that does not drain the water effectively. Big expense for a bathroom renovation to go wrong. He was very tidy and polite but did not screen and lay the tiles properly in the shower. Sadly dissapointed Sept 15
