My Mum needed some carpentry work done to replace some timber decks around her house. I needed someone I could trust to do a good job as I was not able to review the work for her. Ian recently did a great job at our home in Oyster Cove. He relaid the downstairs and upstairs floors in timber (spotted gum) and the carpentry was superb. Everyone who has seen it says the new polished floor looks fantastic. Whilst there, he also discovered we had a water leak from the upstairs main bedroom window that had damaged the studs and load bearing timber inside the gyprock. He replaced the damaged beams and part of the floor that was affected. I dont think there is a finer carpenter in South East Queensland.
What a difference dealing with the owner makes! I recently hired Ian to do a job for me and I recommend him very highly. The job was fairly complex as it needed a few different trades and Ian not only did most of the work, but arranged the other trades to complete it. Before you hire a large company that will rip you off, or an unqualified handyman posing as a tradesman, MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT IAN JANETZKI. You won't be disappointed.
