What an Experience! Never again and please others take this warning these agents are very unprofessional. i was a tenant. At anytime i could find the agent taking photos of the property from the outside but in a very sneaky way. When trying to explain something to them they don't listen they just keep talking over the top of you and they don't want to hear the truth. They are not polite like you would expect an agent to be. I thought an independent agency would be friendly, honest and easier to deal with, i was wrong... next time i will be going to a bugger agency.

Avoid at all costs. Better to use a more professional real estate, there are many more to choose in Lidcombe. They are very rude. They don't have good practice in writing contracts and agreements, the lack of English ability means its confusing to understand what is really meant. On a number of occasions i was disturbed in public by them for what should have been private discussions.

Worst Experience ever. Very unprofessional, lack of communication skills caused many problems. Not a modern fast paced agency, appears to have very outdated knowledge and experience. Beware!
