Remedial Massage is a treatment modality that manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect, rather than a general therapeutic effect.
Zen Shiatsu is a hands-on therapy that uses traditional oriental diagnosis and supportive acu-pressure to balance the energy pathways of your body. It is often referred to as acupuncture without the needles.
Reflexology is massage of the feet that aims to promote healing in other areas of the body.

I cannot stress enough, how good Chris is. I have had lower back pain, for the past 24 mths and have tried various practitioners. Without question Chris after only two visits, has not only found the source of the pain, his therapy has also given me relief for much of the pain. I have suffered from terrible hip and shoulder pain for the last 2 years, I can`t take anti-inflammatory medication and didn`t think anything would help.
