You don’t have to like your clients to make them happy, but you need to talk with them. In person. Understand your customer and what it is they are after. Your clients might not make you happy, but they bring you your money.

I contacted Jaric Air Conditioning and Electrical around 25th January 2021 and spoke with Colin about my Mitsubishi split system bedroom air conditioner which has to be replaced. I discussed just purchasing the indoor head unit as the air conditioner was only 4 years old and there was nothing wrong with the outdoor fan unit. Jaric confirmed this could be done and contacted Mitsubishi to order a new head unit. Colin from Jarics subsequently advised Mitsubishi had stock in the Northern Territory so it would be 2-3 weeks before they would receive delivery of the head unit in Queensland. Hi Euroboy,
Was very bad timing, but due to emergency circumstances out of anyones control Colin had to immediatly leave the office at the time. Others were aware of the issue, but since it was a unique model that Colin had worked so hard to secure, and then to find it was wrong at time of installation, I dont think anyone else knew how to deal with it and hoped he would be back to attend with the matter promptly. Colin has not yet returned to work. We certainly do appreciate our customers and we are 25+ years in business with a solid reputation of customer service. Your job fell between the cracks and we apologise for your disappointment.
