Asked for service records of vehicle that was serviced by them whole time. But they gave me hard time and denied to provide that information, having said that its against their policy. But I have confirmed this from Toyota customer service and there is no such policy. Horrible people to deal with especially the service department, would never deal with them for any of my Toyota issues.
I love my Toyota 86 but the service centre just seems to have no idea what they're doing.
In the log book service they completed my 36 month service twice. The second time I was expecting them to complete the 45 month service and they just wrote that they did the 36 month service again in the log book on the back of the page.
