This place is under new management. The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have any issues with service as described by other users.

Hilarious - my experience was just like the person below - my skirt is completely ruined - like a child on their first attempt at a sewing machine - also told me to "come back another day" ... 8 times!! That's no joke, literally 8 times before I he bothered to get round to it. It actually became an ongoing farcical joke between my friends every time we walked past on Crown Street. RUN.

Can I give zero? I left a shirt there for a button to be added and two weeks later I go to pick it up. I get "greeted" with a "come back tomorrow, I'm busy". I said no, I'm here to pick up now. Then he said I had to look for it myself. The state that people's clothes are left around the store was disgusting - literally clothes were bunched up in boxes, bundled up on dusty shelves, it was shocking. It took 15 minutes to find my top and the job wasn't even done. I really can't understand it! I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Don't risk it with this guy - rude, unprofessional and doesn't do the job.
