I had a bracelet made for my wife for Christmas and the chain broke after 3 month, When I took it back the sales assistance said they would repair it, as I was concerned it would happen again as I had lost confidence in the strenght I ask the assistant what would happen if it done it again. She told me they would replace the chain part of the bracelet. 2 months later it broke again and jason argued about replacing the chain and basically call my wife and I liers stating my wife had knocked it around. My wife only wears it on special occassions.
We now have the bracelet back and it looks worse then ever.
If you want cheap jewelly with a full blown price this jeweller is for you. I would not recommend this jeweller to anyone I know or even dislike.
At the end of the day Jason has his name and reputation on this piece and every one can see that it is cheap and poor quality. Thank god the Opal we supplied is high quality.

Terrible experience. Wouldnt recommend Jason MCulloch at all. Made me an ugly ring totally different to the model i showed him and patched it up to be uglier then got his wife to do his dirty work telling me how he wasn't skilled enough to make what i asked for while he hid out the back of his shop. I wouldn't have had him make it if i was told that initially.

So happy with my beautiful hand made garnet & diamond ring! Thoroughly enjoyable experience working through the design with Jason and the team and enjoyed receiving progress photo's as my ring was being was made. They sourced several garnets for me to choose from within a couple of days of my initial enquiry. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. My family & friends have been coming here for the last 4 years. I highly recommend Jason McCulloch Manufacturing.

I would like to tell all of you to be very careful and not to use this jeweler at all, He was recommended to me.
I went to get one of my eternity diamond ring claws re tipped and paid good price for it after a month I lost one of the diamonds I went back to tell them and they were reluctant to do anything about it but after few exchanged words they agreed to replace the diamond but took them three weeks to do it I was bit suspicious but I had to wait for it. ( I rang Fair Trading and they told me that every jewelry work done should have 12 months manufacturer warranty providing you have the receipt to prove it)
